BUJIS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism.

Authors must ensure that their submissions are entirely original. If they use content—ideas, data, or direct quotations—from other sources, these must be properly cited or quoted with full acknowledgment.

All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin or iThenticate software to verify originality.

It is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to ensure the authenticity of their work and to give proper credit through accurate citations wherever external sources are used.

Plagiarism, in any form, is considered unethical publishing behavior and is strictly unacceptable.

Directly quoted content from the author’s own previously published work or other sources must be placed within quotation marks and properly referenced.

In accordance with HEC policy, if a manuscript is found to have a similarity index above 19%, it will either be rejected outright or subjected to conditional acceptance at the discretion of the editor.
