This study conducts an analytical investigation into the leadership traits of Prophet Dawud (A.S) as delineated in the Holy Quran, focusing on his dual role as a divine messenger and a sovereign ruler. By exploring his multidimensional leadership across political, military, and judicial spheres, this research examines the core attributes that granted stability to his reign. Special emphasis is placed on the Quranic narrative in Surah Sad (38:22) regarding a complex judicial dispute. The analysis demonstrates how prophetic governance prioritizes objective, evidence-based decision-making and emotional stability over reactive, emotional susceptibility. The study underscores that an effective leader—whether a modern state executive, judge, or corporate manager—must grant equal right of defense to all parties, ensuring that rigorous verification guides conflict resolution. Ultimately, this paper extracts actionable governance principles from the Seerah of Prophet Dawud (A.S) to address contemporary administrative crises.
