All articles editorially accepted for publication in BUJIS are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, the rights granted cannot be revoked, provided the following terms are respected:

License Terms:

  • Attribution — Proper credit must be given to the original author(s) and source. A link to the license must be included, and any modifications should be clearly indicated. Attribution must not imply endorsement by the author(s) or the publisher.

  • Non-Commercial — The content may not be used for commercial purposes.

  • No Additional Restrictions — You may not impose legal or technological barriers that restrict others from exercising the rights granted by the license.

Permitted Uses for Readers:

Readers are allowed to:

Author Certification and Declaration

By submitting a manuscript to BUJIS, the corresponding author confirms that they are authorized by all co-authors and contributors to enter the publication process. The author also certifies on behalf of all co-authors that:

  2. The author(s) have full authority to grant BUJIS the rights to publish the article without violating any other agreements or obligations.

  3. The manuscript does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content, nor does it breach any confidentiality, commitment, or secrecy agreements.

  4. The authors have made every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information presented. To the best of their knowledge, all statements are factual and aligned with current academic standards. Any proposed methods or recommendations are not expected to cause harm or loss if implemented responsibly.
