Leadership within the Islamic paradigm is not merely an exercise of political authority, but a divine trust and a multi-dimensional responsibility. This research paper presents a comprehensive study of the leadership attributes manifested in the Quranic narratives of Prophet Dawood and evaluates their contemporary relevance. He represents a unique model of governance where prophethood, kingship, wisdom, and profound intellect converge. Utilizing a qualitative and textual analysis of relevant Quranic verses, this study examines key leadership indicators such as knowledge and wisdom, decisive power, absolute justice, resistance against personal desires, self-accountability, humility, gratitude, and tactical military leadership. The findings reveal that Prophet Dawood’s governance model transcends traditional material leadership by integrating ethical integrity with administrative competence. The study concludes that the principles derived from his prophetic narrative offer an enduring framework for modern statecraft, judiciary, and administrative management, proving that corporate and political stability are inextricably linked with moral purification and transparent accountability.
